Salomé Lubczanski

Salomé Lubczanski was born in Paris and trained at the French violin making school in Mirecourt.

From 2011-2012 she worked with Jan Bartos in Paris, specialized in the making of new instruments. Also interested in photography , she worked for Pascal Ito in Paris to enrich her technical skills.

Through apprenticeships with Florian Leonard in London, Pierre Barthel, François Varcin and Pierre Caradot in Paris, Stéphane Garnier in Versailles, Bruno Dreux in Tours, and Gentges & Scheit in Berlin, she learned high-restauration methods and got to see a broad diversity of ancient string instruments.
Since 2012 she works in the workshop of Janine Wildhage, focused on restoration projects, instrument maintenance, instrument photography and customer service.
